It is imperfection that really makes you see things.
The series unreadymades* of deliberately imperfect plaster castings of 'readymade' porcelain figurines, visualises my concepts on the ambivalence of Géricault’s paintings (and their history). These plaster companions are imperfect and fragile.
They each have their very own story to tell.
